Mt. View Grand

Over the course of six years, CCI has provided construction management services for various projects at Mt. View Grand Resort & Spa including: a new 6-stop elevator tower and related lobby renovations, gift shop renovations, ballroom/banquet renovations, restaurant & bar renovations, new entry ramp, spa renovations, and phased energy upgrades throughout the entire hotel, comprised of new insulation, roofing, windows, siding and HVAC equipment.  All renovations and upgrades were performed while the resort was operational with guests present, making it necessary to phase construction over various seasons.
