CCI is passionately dedicated to their clients and their projects, and their construction quality, budgeting and scheduling abilities are exceptional.

The meetings were well coordinated and well organized with open communication, joint decision making, and visible schedules. Notes of the meetings followed promptly and action items were checked weekly. Issues were addressed promptly and the emphasis, to my delight, was constantly on value, quality, cost, and how an action would affect school personnel.

I really cannot express what a wonderful job Jeff and his CCI crew did putting this building together. We were behind schedule, but Jeff and his awe inspiring ability to manipulate logistics put us back on schedule.

With CCI, it’s not just about numbers and nails. They care about how the project turns out.

I think we all expected the recent renovation of our Main Office to be difficult in many ways. As you know, having workers in the building during normal banking hours has the potential for various problems. Needless to say, I was anticipating some difficulties during this process. I am amazed and pleased to report that I did not have one complaint from a customer or employee during this recent renovation. John and his crew were very aware that we were open for business and did everything they could to complete the job as quickly as possible with minimal disruptions. As you know, they finished quite a bit ahead of schedule, and as usual, the finished product looks great.

I think it all comes down to personality.  The people you meet at the conference table aren’t necessarily the best ones to work with on a project.  But that hasn’t been the case with CCI.  As a result, we feel confident with them on campus.

We have been so fortunate to have had the commitment and enthusiasm from CCI during this entire experience – from breaking ground to a year later. The level of customer service has been consistent and exceptional from Sharon to Rudi and Bryant Lehr. It is probably a rare occasion that an established construction company works with a volunteer group to execute a commercial building project, and a challenging one at that. However, this may have been the exception to the rule; decisions were made, questions were asked (and still continue to be asked), considerations made and all in all a strong working relationship established with half a dozen community members that made a difference to their community.

When we got ready to begin, we realized it was more than we could do well on our own. It wasn’t just building it; it was construction management, the trades and subs that CCI has gained the respect of, the strong organizational attitude from the top down at CCI. We can make a place look and feel good, but CCI helps make it a proper, sound product.

Many of the folks that live at Back Bay have expressed their appreciation for the quality work CCI performed this winter. A routine siding job turned into a pretty intensive exterior project in no time at all, and the crew took it in stride.

In addition, six or more residents told me that the crew were polite, helpful and respectful of their homes at all times.

I also wanted to say again, at the cost of sounding redundant, Damien made all the difference for me when it came to living in a construction zone.  I consider myself very fortunate to have had him here, every day without fail.  I was very sad when it was time for him to move on…now who says that after five months of construction??  Speaks volumes…

Thank you for everything you guys have done for us.  The crews that have been here have been a pleasure to work with.  Good bunch of guys and the work they have done has been excellent, and has made everyday life around here a lot better with our new buildings.

We have worked with Jeff and his team at CCI on several projects—ranging from smaller window replacement and siding jobs to major ones like our Recreation and Aquatics Center and new 66,000 square foot health care facility in Wolfeboro.  They are a personable group of highly knowledgeable, skilled professionals who are solutions oriented and very sensitive to budgeting requirements.  Jeff and CCI get the highest grades from me, and I would not hesitate to hire them for any construction project. They are a first-class operation all around.

Thanks again to everyone at CCI for all the great work at Pine Hill Farm.  The new stone wall foundation, enlarged screen porch, both houses, and everything else looks terrific.  The entire extended family sincerely appreciates CCI’s willingness to squeeze this job in this past fall, winter and spring, especially given CCI’s busy schedule and all the complexities of COVID and supply chain disorder.
