About Us
Conneston Construction, Inc., was founded on the principle that our clients come first.
Since on-time and on-budget performance are an expectation when hiring a professional, how do you tell one company from the next? How do you decide which company to hire to manage your construction project?
We believe that values such as credibility, pride, responsiveness, service and quality are important in business relationships. We believe that your construction experience should be enjoyable as well as efficient.
At CCI, managing your project is our business, but earning your trust and respect is our objective.
Company History
CCI was started in 1992 by Jeff Downing, Ross Currier and Rudi Lehr. In 2008, Rudi’s son, Bryant, became an owner of CCI, upon Rudi’s retirement. At the end of 2015, Ross Currier retired from CCI, at which time the CFO, Laura Larson, became the third owner of CCI.
Our company provides professional commercial construction services for a diversified group of clients throughout New England, with most projects completed under a construction management contract.
CCI’s sales volume is approximately $30 – $40 million annually and we employ approximately thirty-five professionals on a full-time basis.
The business is very well capitalized and CCI has a $50 million bonding program, along with a $1 million line of credit that has never been used in the history of the company.
Our client list includes many of New Hampshire’s leading financial institutions, manufacturing firms, private and public schools, municipalities, retailers, health care organizations and many hospitality firms.
Positive reputation
long-term relationships
CCI has a positive reputation throughout the state of NH and many long-term relationships with leaders in their respective industries.
Most of our superintendents have been with CCI for over 25 years, with many working their way up the ladder to their current position. CCI strives to promote from within and recognize the loyalty of our employees.
