Consolidating its workforce from multiple locations throughout Laconia was accomplished following the complete renovation of the downtown, three-story, 30,000 square foot building located at 575 Main Street.

CCI was selected as construction manager for another project for Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord, NH.  This project consisted of an office fit-up of over 17,000 square feet to include high-end finishes for offices, conference rooms and employee collaboration areas.  With glass walls and low wall cubicles the natural light from the many windows brightens the space on any sunny day.

CCI was proud to be part of the construction of Meredith Village Savings Bank’s eleventh branch location in Rochester, NH. With inspirations from its Portsmouth location, the bank’s exterior features stone and composite cedar cladding to fit in nicely with surrounding modern designs, while giving a nod to the Seacoast are. The new 2,800 square foot branch offers an inviting and warm space for staff and customers.

The Laconia, New Hampshire office of Meredith Village Savings Bank is one of the bank's premium locations. The building features a two story atrium and cupola that allows natural light into the lobby and second floor offices. The brick and granite facade blends well with the historical brick mill buildings in the surrounding community, yet the facility features many energy efficient construction details as well. An existing brick building located on the same site was restored by the bank and is home to the Laconia Chamber of Commerce.

Located on the busy Main Street in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, on the site of a former gas station, is a very beautiful bank building. Designed to be environmentally friendly, the building features porous pavement, geothermal heating and cooling systems, high efficiency lighting, a super insulated shell and many other green construction features.

Lavalley-Middleton Building Supply chose CCI as the construction manager for their lumber yard redevelopment in Meredith, NH. This was a three phased project that spanned fourteen months, including construction of 20,000 square feet of new warehouse space and renovations to other existing warehouse buildings and site improvements, renovations and additions for a new 32,000 square foot retail store, and construction of another 20,000 square feet of warehouse buildings and site improvements. The new retail store features flooring, kitchen and bath showrooms, deck displays, window and door displays, a paint counter, along with traditional hardware supplies and tools.

When Merrimack County Savings Bank engaged CCI as construction manager for the renovation of their corporate offices in Concord, NH, a three phase construction plan was developed to complete the 10,000 square foot renovation over a five month period. Working around an operating business in downtown Concord, with little room for stored materials or a staging area for construction, and addressing security concerns of working in a bank required careful planning, coordination and organization.

Merrimack County Savings Bank has opened its most recent branch office at 360 Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett, NH. This is the Merrimack’s second location in Hooksett, complementing the first office at the Hooksett Welcome Center off I-93 North.

Meredith Village Savings Bank celebrates the completion of their newest branch. The 4,200 square foot branch located on Lafayette Road features lots of day lighting and contemporary finishes. You'll see from the exterior, the stone and cedar clad building fits the seacoast area perfectly, drawing from many of the architectural elements reminiscent of the coastal area residences and buildings.
