Woodland Hall Renovations & New Director’s Cabin

CCI was selected as construction manager for another project for Merrimack County Savings Bank in Concord, NH.  This project consisted of an office fit-up of over 17,000 square feet to include high-end finishes for offices, conference rooms and employee collaboration areas.  With glass walls and low wall cubicles the natural light from the many windows brightens the space on any sunny day.

A new 5,000 square foot Roadside Market & Deli.  Inside you’ll find a restaurant within a convenience store surrounded by repurposed wood from an 19th century New Hampshire barn and an arched ceiling. 

New 15,000 square foot classroom building for grades 6 – 8
