Project name: Common Man Roadside – Plymouth
Modeled after the highly successful Hooksett Welcome Centers, featuring a mill-like architectural style with an exterior granite façade, Granite State Hospitalities expanded its presence in Plymouth with a new 5,000 square foot Roadside Market & Deli. Inside you’ll find a restaurant within a convenience store surrounded by repurposed wood from an 19th century New Hampshire barn and an arched ceiling. With made-to-order food and many to-go options, this new concept of “good food fast” has gained popularity quickly.
