Irwin Marine Lakeport Landing

A fast-track ten-week renovation of a 9,000 square foot two-story building into a showroom for Irwin Marine to showcase their pontoon boat line was a challenging timeline.  With the project completed on time, the renovated building boasts a new entry, new roofing, new windows, and a fresh coat of paint.  Inside the building, an open egress stair was installed, along with new finishes, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
