Sugar Hill Residence

Originally the carriage house and servant quarters of a local estate in Sugar Hill, NH, this home had been renovated over the years into a single-family home; however, the layout and size did not meet the needs of its new owners, and required extensive renovations and an addition. The new addition consisted of a kitchen, great room, mudroom, powder room and a two-car garage on the first floor. On the second floor was a bedroom with full bath, office and unfinished space over the garage. Renovations to the existing house included a new master bath, enlarging the master bedroom and a new sitting room. The existing kitchen was demolished and renovated into a day room and the existing garage became the new main entry and dining room.
