Taylor Community Presidential Cottages

Six new high-end 3,300 square foot cottages were added to Taylor Community’s Laconia campus on a new road, Volpe Way.  The layout of the cottages on the new road was intentionally designed to be surrounded by woods, creating a nice natural buffer.  Units sold quickly and all of the cottages are occupied by new owners.
