Colonial Block Apartments

Complete renovation of the second and third floors of the historic Colonial Theater Block in downtown Laconia provided nine new living spaces complete with a new three-stop elevator.  While maintaining the historical relevance of the building, the renovated areas bring a touch of class and modernness to the 100+ year old space.
