Plymouth Elementary School

Renovations of Plymouth Elementary School were divided into two phases during the planning period and were completed over two summers on a fast-track 12 week schedule. Phase I included renovating 60,000 square feet, including new boilers, HVAC upgrades, lighting upgrades, sprinkler upgrades, direct digital controls, new phone/PA/data/clock systems, new casework, new flooring, new ceilings, a fresh coat of paint, along with bathroom renovations. Phase II was similar, but on a much smaller scale, consisting of only 12,000 square feet of the North Wing of the building.
