New Hampton School Lane Hall

The renovation of Lane Hall, a 120-year-old building on Academic Row at New Hampton School, included the addition of a new glass and steel egress stair tower, a new 3-stop elevator, classroom space and faculty offices.  This complete gut and renovation resulted in new state of the art mechanical, electrical, data and fire alarm systems, along with new windows and a high-performance envelope.  The exterior existing brick and pre-cast shell was also completely cleaned and repointed.
