Wolfeboro Town Hall

The complete historical renovation of town hall building constructed in 1890 in the town of Wolfeboro, NH included interior demolition, salvaging old woodwork, repair of exterior brick and masonry, plaster repair, patching and new drywall partitions, and creating an ADA compliant building, including the addition of a 3-stop elevator.  Heating, cooling and electrical systems were all updated with current, energy efficient systems.
