Theatre UP

To Potential Clients of Conneston Construction:

I share with you my enthusiastic recommendation for Conneston Construction (CCI) as you are looking for a construction company to support bringing your vision to life. Search no more, for you have found the very best in the industry.

As the Executive Director of Theatre UP, a community theatre in the North Country of New Hampshire for more than four decades, I was tasked with hiring the team we needed to renovate the historic Masonic Temple building in downtown Littleton. This was a considerable undertaking, as the building not only needed major upgrades but was never equipped in its more than 100-year-old history for accessibility. CCI was tasked with major renovations and the addition of an elevator and stair tower. They did a masterful job, and the result is a thing of beauty.

CCI’s team was led by Vice President Bryant Lehr, who served as project manager on many major manufacturing, housing, municipality, and retail construction projects. Bryant was readily available for any questions and with astute guidance from the first meeting throughout the 2-year project. I knew immediately that we were working with someone who knew his trade inside and out, who cared about us and the project, and who considered this a collaborative project with the end goal being complete satisfaction for our organization and the community. His professionalism shines through, he is incredibly easy & enjoyable to work with, and his leadership provided us with the assurance that we had made the right choice.

General Contractor Damien Patten did a superb job of onsite project management. He moved the project along at an excellent pace while keeping a sharp eye on every moving part. We’d drop in for an onsite visit, and the building was bustling with progress in every room, with Damien aware of every activity in every corner of the building. Damien would problem-solve on a dime, seeing how to adjust and amend, and his knowledge about every aspect of the renovation was so reassuring. He is the most skilled general contractor I have ever worked with, and I had complete confidence in Damien as the lead contractor. Both gentlemen operate with such integrity, and they were a joy to work with.

With a $1million federal grant tied to the renovation, CCI worked diligently to follow the many rules and regulations that accompany federal funding. Bryant continually looked for opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality, whether it was a fixture we needed or a subcontractor to do the work. Our $4.7million project came in just under budget, and we received the highest quality products and services. The renovation is absolutely beautiful.

I sincerely hope that you consider hiring CCI for your project. You will be in the hands of tremendously skilled professionals with many years of experience who will support you in bringing your vision to life. They are the best of the best.
