The owners of this property tore down their existing home to build their dream vacation/retirement home on Newfound Lake. Challenges of working with a client that was nearly 300 miles away in New York were quickly overcome and decisions were made quickly to keep construction on pace. The owners' dream is now their reality, enjoying some well deserved time on the lake.

This custom lake house on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee was built for clients on the west coast. Coordinating decision making and providing construction progress was facilitated with video streams, photos, video recordings and weekly job meetings by phone. The coronavirus pandemic occurred right in the middle of this project, but it didn't slow down the CCI team
