Steele Hill Resort
Completion of a new three story 15,000 square foot building at Steele Hill Resort West followed a cold and windy winter at the top of the hill. This newest addition to the Steele Hill Resort complex adds 24 rental units with outstanding views of the Lakes Region.
Hooksett Rest Areas
The 16,000 square foot Welcome Center and 20,000 square foot NH Wine and Liquor Outlet on both the Northbound and Southbound sides of Interstate 93 were completed over a 16-month period. Each facility houses an extensive food court, diner, convenience store, restroom facilities, gas pumps, NH Wine and Liquor Outlet and an information desk. The Northbound facility also contains a Merrimack County Savings Bank branch. Each facility welcomes tens of thousands of visitors to the state of NH each month.
Camp Farnsworth
The Girl Scouts of the Green & White Mountains’ Camp Farnsworth in Thetford, VT, celebrated the addition of a new bunk house and renovated dining hall just in time for the campers arriving for the summer.
Center Harbor Inn
The Center Harbor Inn, now owned and operated by the Cutillo family, who also own and operate the Steele Hill Resort and the Summit Resort, received a much needed facelift and extensive renovations. Gable roofs were added to the front elevation, the existing failing decks were demolished and rebuilt using a combination of steel columns and large Douglas Fir beams. Vinyl cedar shakes were installed on the exterior structure with stone veneer at the main entrance and the lower level. Prominently located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, this thirty-three room inn received the best treatment during its renovation.
