The new 7,000 square foot Amenities Building at Taylor Community’s Back Bay campus in Wolfeboro will service the existing Taylor Community units, along with the residents of Sugar Hill Community. With a pool, locker room facilities, a bistro, exercise area, and community space for activities, the new building will be a hub of activity at the Wolfeboro campus.

The residents of Taylor Community at Sugar Hill have some new spaces to relax and enjoy. Completed renovations include a relocated library space and a new pub for residents.

CCI was selected as construction manager for the renovation of 3,200 square feet of the D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches location on Union Avenue in Laconia. The facelift of the restaurant included new flooring, a new drive-up window, new service counter, new interior and exterior lighting and painting throughout.

The 70,000 square-foot Adirondack-style resort hotel, located on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee is comprised of 58 rooms and was constructed over a fourteen month period. Each room has a commanding view of the lake from its private balcony and also features a fireplace and large whirlpool tub. Guests will also find a first-class restaurant on the premises, as well as the Cascade Spa and beautiful indoor/outdoor pool.

An 18,000 square-foot expansion to Church Landing in Meredith, NH not only brought in the signature style of the original inn, but also met the challenge of being “Made in America” with 95% of the materials used in the construction coming from the United States. The project highlights the use of fir beadboard, an outdoor lounge made from heavy timber frame, and superior stone masonry, including a massive stone fireplace located in the indoor lounge.

The renovation of Cascade Spa, located at Church Landing in Meredith, NH was an intense 10-week long, fast-track renovation. The new, expanded facility features six treatment rooms (most with views of Lake Winnipesaukee), a relaxation lounge with beverage service overlooking the indoor pool, art deco decor, renovated locker rooms, and a state of the art salon and nail services area.

This Inn and Restaurant was built to house 35 unique rooms in one of Claremont New Hampshire's historic renovated mill buildings. Providing river and mountain views to guests, the project included the build out of a fitness center, corporate meeting rooms, and suites with jacuzzis.

This 3,500 square foot clubhouse at the Profile Club, the oldest private golf club in New Hampshire, is the centerpiece of all Club activities. The Club, located in Franconia, commits itself to protecting its very special, unique and distinctive small club atmosphere.

A devastating fire on Thanksgiving night 2013 leveled the original Woodshed Restaurant in Moultonborough, NH. A long-time patron of the restaurant knew that this gathering place should be rebuilt. The new restaurant, comprised of a 32' x 66' English-style barn originally built in 1810, and an 8,600 square foot Farmhouse, will surely become the new favorite eatery of the masses that visit the area annually.
