Rivergreen Resort Hotel and Condominiums – Lobby Renovations

CCI was selected as construction manager to expand the existing entrance and renovate the lobby of the Rivergreen Resort Hotel and Condominiums in Lincoln, NH.  Removing the front structural supporting masonry and enlarging the overall footprint of the lobby while the facility was operational and in use throughout construction created its set of challenges.  Through careful coordination of subcontractors and the public, the renovated lobby and entryway were well received upon their completion.
