Project name: New Hampton School O’Connor House

A dormitory housing thirty-three female students, plus four two-story faculty apartments with 22,000 square feet of space, was named for New Hampton School alumnus Ralph S. O’Connor. This building will serve as the model dormitory for New Hampton School in the future, featuring a high efficient shell, natural lighting, and state-of-the-art mechanical systems controlled by DDC, along with many other green features per the LEEDS checklist.
