Project name: New Hampton School Meservey Hall
Renovations to the 163 year-old original structure included extensive shoring, so the existing structure could be supplemented to meet current seismic design criteria. The interior of the facility exceeds current energy codes following LEEDS design standards and is a modern classroom building in all respects. The front facade, which faces Main Street and is located on New Hampton School’s “academic row”, is the original, historical design. The new Meservey Hall is a modern History and Academic Support Building that also is home to the Dean of Faculty and the School’s server and IT Department.
