MSHC Family Health Suite Renovations

CCI was proud to complete renovations to Mid-State Health Center’s Family Health Suite on Boulder Point Drive in Plymouth, NH. This three-phase renovation impacted nearly every room in Mid-State’s 21,500 square-foot facility and was completed over seven months. Thanks to a detailed phasing plan and constant onsite coordination between CCI’s Superintendent and MSHC’s staff, the facility was able to remain 100% operational throughout construction.

This project brought Mid-State’s facilities at Boulder Point up to modern standards, including all-new flooring, finishes, and fixtures throughout the building as well as extensive upgrades to existing MEP systems. Cornerstone spaces that were upgraded as part of this renovation include the main lobby and check-in areas, laboratory, and pharmacy spaces in addition to numerous exam rooms, team spaces, conference rooms, and more throughout the building.
