Irwin Chevrolet Service Addition

When Irwin Automotive brought the Chevrolet franchise on board in June of 2023, they became the largest car dealer in central New Hampshire. The additional thirteen service bays that Irwin acquired with the Chevrolet franchise weren’t enough to accommodate the needs of their service department, so third-generation Owner Chis Irwin teamed up with Stewart Associates Architects and DuBois & King Engineering to create an expansion plan for the existing service facility on Union Avenue in Laconia, NH. The 5,850 square-foot service addition features an additional nine state-of-the-art vehicle service bays and a relocated vehicle alignment center.

Communication was a top priority while construction progressed, as the existing maintenance facility remained in operation throughout the construction process. CCI’s Superintendent, Chris Parsell, kept a watchful eye on the construction while maintaining a constant line of communication with Irwin management staff. Under Chris’s supervision, the project was delivered on schedule and under budget.
