Epping Middle/High School

Additions and renovations completed at the Epping Middle/High School was a two-phase project. Phase I consisted of renovations to the cafeteria along with an addition to this area; and the much larger Phase II, was a new 70,000 square foot addition. Phase II included eleven classrooms, a music room, an art room and new office spaces for administrators. The project also included a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a 3,000 square foot stage, a new 200-car parking lot, and a significant sub-surface storm water detention system.
