The History of Conneston Construction, Inc.
CCI was started in 1992 by Jeff Downing, Ross Currier and Rudi Lehr. In 2008, Rudi’s son, Bryant, replaced him as the third owner of CCI, upon Rudi’s retirement from the company. The company provides commercial construction services for a diversified group of clients throughout New England, with the majority of our projects being completed under a construction management contract.
CCI’s sales volume is approximately $30 - $40 million annually and we employ approximately forty professionals on a full-time basis. The business is very well capitalized and CCI has a $30 million bonding program, along with a $900,000 line of credit that has never been used in the history of the company.
Our client list includes most of New Hampshire’s leading manufacturing firms, private and public schools, municipalities, retailers, health care organizations and many hospitality firms.
