Project Information

The Center Harbor Inn, originally built in 1969, was in need of a major upgrade after nearly five decades of deferred maintenance when the Cutillo family, who own and operate the Steele Hill and Summit Resorts, purchased the Inn and undertook a major renovation.  The dated exterior of the building would be transformed into an Adirondack style lodge with added gable roofs, rebuilt decks made with large Douglas Fir beams, and existing siding replaced with vinyl cedar shakes.  Additionally, a previously inaccessible lower level now boasts a sauna, gym, bathrooms and a shower room.  Outdoor features include a year-round heated spa with heated walkways throughout the property to allow for safe passage throughout the year.
