Meet the Conneston Team ...
Jeff Downing is President and founding Principal of CCI, which began in 1992. He has served as Principal-in-Charge and project manager on many major housing, school, hospitality and non-profit construction projects throughout his career.
Jeff is a past president of the Lakes Region Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He has served as a director with the Pemi-Valley Habitat for Humanity and has served as an adjunct professor of business finance at New Hampshire Technical College.
Jeff’s educational credentials are: Northeastern University, MBA Degree; University System of New Hampshire, BPS in Business Management; New Hampshire Technical College, Manchester, Associate’s Degree in Building Construction Technology.
Prior to founding CCI, Jeff worked for Mooney Corporation of Laconia, NH holding the position of Executive Vice President. He has 25 years of commercial construction experience.
When not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Jackie, and his children, Ben and Emily. Jeff likes most outdoor activities, including golf, hiking, fishing, skiing and sailing. Jeff plays basketball to stay in shape, and has played continuously since high school.
Did you know that Jeff is an avid windsurfer and loves spending a few weeks a year in the Dutch Caribbean ripping it up?
Ross A. Currier, Vice President
Ross Currier, Vice President, has been with CCI since its inception in 1992. He has served as project manager on many major retail, housing, municipality and school construction projects. Ross has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years.
Ross’s educational credentials are: NH Technical Institute, Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
When out of the office, Ross enjoys riding motorcycles, mountain biking, fly-fishing and hiking in the White Mountains with his girlfriend, Joanne.
Did you know that Ross is a true native of NH? His ancestors first came to NH in the 1600’s when they arrived from England on the Isle of Shoals.
Bryant Lehr, Vice President, has been with CCI since 2002. Since that time he has served as project manager on many major manufacturing, housing, municipality, and retail construction projects.
Bryant’s educational credentials are: University of New Hampshire; BS in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Engineering option.
Bryant is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Colorado.
In his personal time, Bryant enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife Heidi and four children Sydni, Sophia, Charlotte and Beckett. Bryant also enjoys skiing, golf, hiking and biking; although he hasn’t done much of the last two lately.
Did you know that Bryant was a ski racing coach on the weekends in Colorado and has gone Heli-skiing in British Columbia?
CCI employs thirteen superintendents with an average of 25 years of experience in the construction trade, and 22 carpenters and laborers are on staff. In our office, we maintain a low level of overhead with an administrative staff of two.
