CCI Selected as Pease Public Library Construction Manager

In late May, the Pease Public Library Board of Trustees selected CCI as construction manager for their $1.5 million dollar expansion and renovation project.
Scheduled to break ground in September, the project consists of 6,900 SF of additions and 6,100 SF of renovations to the existing facility. The job will be constructed under a phased schedule with occupancy in the spring of 2011.
The project is being designed by Samyn & D’Elia Architects, PA, of Ashland, New Hampshire. Tom Samyn is the project architect and Jeff Downing will be project manager for CCI.
The project will feature “green” and sustainable construction techniques and renovations will include a new HVAC and sprinkler system for the entire building.
